What are the NATS Stage 1 tests?

The NATS Stage 1 tests are the first formal assessments in the current Trainee Air Traffic Controller selection process.

Candidates who successfully register and receive approval may be invited to complete eleven online ability tests. NATS states that these assessments examine skills such as:

Working memory
